Introduction:

AMP-1DA is a single -disc automatic grinding and polishing machine. It realizes two modes : automatic and manual . It has a PLC intelligent control system and a 7-inch high-definition touch screen. It is suitable for pre-grinding, grinding and polishing operations on metallographic samples. This machine is pneumatically lifted and lowered. The grinding and polishing disc is powered by a DC brushless motor with stepless speed regulation. It can grind 6 samples at the same time . The single-disc Φ200 mm (8") grinding and polishing disc has stepless speed regulation of 50-1000r/min forward and reverse. It is pneumatically pressurized at a single point with adjustable pressure. The speed of the grinding and polishing head is steplessly adjustable at 20-120r / min . This machine is equipped with an external dual - channel drip bottle device , which can freely set the dripping time and pause time, greatly improving the sample preparation effect. The external cleaning device facilitates the maintenance and maintenance of the machine . It is easy to use , safe and reliable. It is an ideal sample preparation equipment for factories, scientific research institutions and laboratories of colleges and universities.
